A selection of options for your buffet style carvery station that is sure to wow your guests. From $25 per head including all the trimmings. Choose 2 main dishes out of our selection and let us do the rest. 

House Cured Bacon and Cabbage
Bacon, cabbage, mashed potato and a parsley and soda bread infused white sauce. 

Pot Roast Chicken and Seasonal Vegetables

Slow cooked chicken pieces in stock served with creamy mash, carrots , stuffing and a house gravy. 

Roast Beef and Seasonal Vegetables

Slow roast beef with creamy mash potato, carrots, stuffing and a Guinness gravy. 

Seafood Pie

Salmon, cod and mussel fish pie topped with creamy mash.

Vegetarian Lasagne

Mediterranean veggies in a marinara and bechemal sauce. 

Vegan options available upon request. Subject to an additional charge.

  • The Forge is an eclectic space with capacity for 60 guests. There is an outside courtyard area that can hold an additional 12 guests. Great for the summer months!

  • There is a booking fee and minimum bar spend required on all bookings to be discussed with our Reservations Manager, Katie. Should this not be possible, we do have other options available. 

  • Please allow at least 2 weeks to disclose dietary requirements, live music choices and special requests.
