A selection of options for your buffet style carvery station that is sure to wow your guests. From $25 per head including all the trimmings. Choose 2 main dishes out of our selection and let us do the rest.
House Cured Bacon and Cabbage
Bacon, cabbage, mashed potato and a parsley and soda bread infused white sauce.
Pot Roast Chicken and Seasonal Vegetables
Slow cooked chicken pieces in stock served with creamy mash, carrots , stuffing and a house gravy.
Roast Beef and Seasonal Vegetables
Slow roast beef with creamy mash potato, carrots, stuffing and a Guinness gravy.
Seafood Pie
Salmon, cod and mussel fish pie topped with creamy mash.
Vegetarian Lasagne
Mediterranean veggies in a marinara and bechemal sauce.
Vegan options available upon request. Subject to an additional charge.

THE DETAILS

The Forge is an eclectic space with capacity for 60 guests. There is an outside courtyard area that can hold an additional 12 guests. Great for the summer months!

There is a booking fee and minimum bar spend required on all bookings to be discussed with our Reservations Manager, Katie. Should this not be possible, we do have other options available.
