Drug investigation leads to multiple charges against Dover man

LINCOLN, Del. – A Dover man is behind bars following the execution of a search warrant last week in Lincoln.

Last week, law enforcement executed a search warrant at a home in the 8000 block of Greentop Road following an investigation into the distribution of illegal narcotics from the property. Detectives reportedly arrested 12 people at the property, including Antonio Young, 44, who was the target of this investigation.

A search of the property and vehicles resulted in police finding approximately 0.756 grams of heroin, approximately 15.72 grams of crack cocaine, 12 gauge shotgun ammunition, digital scales, drug paraphernalia and more than $450 in suspected drug money.

Police say 4 of the 12 individuals were arrested for minor offenses and warrants, while the others were released without incident.

Young was charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance in a Tier 2 quantity, possession of a firearm or ammunition by a prohibited person, three counts of possession with intent to delivering a controlled substance in a level 1 quantity and level 2 quantity, second degree conspiracy and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was held at SCI on $45,000 cash bail.
