VeryDarkMan apologizes to Falana for Bobrisky corruption allegations

Controversial Nigerian social media critic, Martins Otse, aka VeryDarkMan, has apologized to human rights activist, Femi Falana, for his recent remarks against the legal icon.

Recall that VeryDarkMan appeared before the House of Representatives Joint Committee on Financial Crimes and Institutions Reform on Monday.

He apologized to Falana when he testified before lawmakers on corruption allegations against officials of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission and Haliru Nababa, comptroller-general of the Nigerian Correctional Service.

VDM said he did not believe Falana was involved in the corruption allegations leveled against him by cross-dresser Idris Okuneye, popularly known as Bobrisky.

He said: “Apparently now some people are taking advantage of what is happening to target Femi Falana.

“Here, I apologize. It’s so sad that his name is in this audio. I couldn’t believe it either; This is the part that irritated me the most, and I said I refused to believe he was party to something like that.

The apology came almost a week after she shared an audio conversation in which social media celebrity Bobrisky claimed Falana and her son Falz helped drop money laundering charges brought against her by the EFCC .
