Arkansas Parolee Arrested on Multiple Drug Charges





Mountain House, Missouri. – The Baxter County Sheriff’s Department has released a statement regarding a Mountain Home parolee who was arrested on various drug-related charges after being released from prison earlier this year.

The arrest took place on Thursday, August 1st and began with a traffic stop for speeding more than 20 miles per hour over the speed limit. The driver was identified as Nicholas Koskinen. When his vehicle was searched, a suspended driver’s license, methamphetamine, psyllium mushrooms, marijuana and various pills were found.

As a result of the arrest, Koskinen is charged with seven felonies and three misdemeanors related to drugs, speeding and driving with a suspended license. The sentence was also increased for being a repeat offender, with 23 prior felonies.
